Menu items, ingredients, prices, portions, specials, hours, and availability may change without notice. Items may sell out. Photographs are illustrative and actual products may vary.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate, but typographical errors, outdated information, and technical mistakes may occur. If information on the Website conflicts with information provided directly by Rafter G BBQ at the time of purchase, the information confirmed at the time of purchase controls, subject to applicable law.

Online ordering, payment processing, delivery, and shipping may be provided by third-party platforms. When you use a third-party service, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We or the applicable service provider may reject or cancel an order because of item availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or other reasonable business needs. If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled, the amount charged for the canceled portion will be refunded according to the applicable payment provider’s procedures and applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, delivery, shipping, and payment information. Pickup times and delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by order volume, food preparation time, traffic, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Products offered for shipment may be subject to separate shipping, return, refund, and fulfillment terms shown during checkout. Product availability, shipping destinations, delivery dates, and carrier services may vary. Risk of loss and title are handled as stated by the applicable checkout or fulfillment provider and applicable law.

Submitting a catering request, reservation request, group inquiry, or event inquiry does not create a confirmed booking or contract. A request is confirmed only after Rafter G BBQ communicates acceptance and, when applicable, receives any required deposit or signed agreement.

Separate terms—including minimum order amounts, deposits, cancellation deadlines, service charges, guest counts, menu selections, and venue requirements—may apply and will be provided during booking. Those specific booking terms control if they conflict with these general Website Terms.

Food may be prepared or handled in areas where common allergens are present. Cross-contact may occur. Menu descriptions and dietary labels are informational and are not a guarantee that an item is free from a particular ingredient or allergen.

If you or someone in your party has a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact Rafter G BBQ before ordering and notify staff when placing the order. If you have a severe allergy, use your own judgment and consult a medical professional regarding appropriate precautions.
